Client Rights And Our Responsibilities

As a client receiving a service from SRS you have rights and SRS has responsibilities to ensure that we can work together to achieve your goals and to ensure that your rights are upheld. Your rights are identified by the Office of the Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC) please see the links below.

Our relationship with you is very important to us. We aim to work in a respectful, collaborative, transparent way and be accountable for our actions. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us, we would be grateful for the opportunity to address any concerns that you may have.
